    Office work

Report videos with charts from your data

Turn a sales spreadsheet into a data-report video plan, with charts made in a chart tool and AI visuals used only as supporting scenes.

    Who it's for

Office teams presenting monthly sales, operations, or project results.

    What you get

A checked narration outline, chart assets made from your data, and separate illustrative scene assets.

    Who does what

    1. 1You

Provide a shareable spreadsheet, metric definitions, reporting period, and approved conclusions.

    2. 2Your agent

Check calculations, build charts in a chart tool, draft narration, and request only decorative visuals from Muse4AI.

    3. 3Muse4AI

Generate background images and transition clips through Muse, separate from all charts and numbers.

    Prompt to give your agent

    prompt.txt
Use this shareable sales spreadsheet to plan our monthly report video. Confirm the reporting period and totals with me. Build charts from the data in a chart tool, not in AI images. Ask Muse4AI only for neutral backgrounds and transition clips, then list what I need to assemble.

    AI-generated
Prompt sent to Muse: Slow abstract motion of soft light lines drifting across a navy and ivory gradient background with subtle parallax, calm and professional, suitable behind charts. No numbers. No text, no letters, no logos, no watermark.

    Limits to keep in mind

    • Muse clips are about 8–10 s at 1280×720; assemble the final video in an editor such as CapCut or Remotion.
    • Generation uses your own Muse account's usage limit. Review a small sample before requesting a larger batch.
    • Review totals, units, filters, dates, and conclusions. Remove confidential rows before sharing files with an agent or Muse.

Labeling: Numbers and charts must come from your data and a chart tool, never from AI pictures. Identify AI-generated illustrative backgrounds separately.
